System Requirements - none

• The estate agent submits the property brochure as per his/her chosen method of contact.
• On receipt, AdvertNI manually load property brochures onto the system.
• A one-off price per property is paid.
• Estate Agent requests property reports of current stock held on system and returns reports by fax / phone for updating to system
• Customers contact the agent directly by phone / fax
• Estate agent receives an invoice for property submitted to AdvertNI
• AdvertNI updates changes and new property on estate agents behalf

Silver - Suitable for the medium sized independent estate agent with computer facilities

System Requirements - PC with modem, internet access, and email account

• The estate agent submits the property brochures via email.
• On receipt, AdvertNI load property brochures onto the system.
• A one-off price per property is paid.
• Estate Agent requests property reports from AdvertNI of current stock held on system and returns reports by fax / email for updating to system
• Customers contact the agent directly by phone / fax / email / on-line contact form
• Estate agent receives an invoice for property submitted to AdvertNI.
• AdvertNI updates changes new property on estate agents behalf

• Estate agent maintains existing stock on system, deleting Sold items etc.
• AdvertNI adds on new property on estate agents behalf

Platinum - Suitable for the medium / large estate agent with computer facilities who want to amend their own property details and add new property

System Requirements- PC with modem, internet access, and email account

• The estate agent adds new property directly to the web site
• Customers contact the agent directly by phone / fax / email / on-line contact formEstate Agent requests property reports direct from web site
• The estate agent updates own system directly via the web site
• Estate agent maintains existing stock on system, deleting Sold items etc.
• Fixed annual fee (payable in advance) is charged for the system
• The estate agent can upload / change as many properties as required within that term
